How to Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return Online
Log in to your account to initiate a return or exchange. Follow the steps to generate a return label. - Pack Your Items Securely
Include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return. - Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid label and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Important Details
- Time Frame: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: These cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
